M&B Consortium Corp · Decatur, Illinois
M&B Consortium is a small Illinois holding company with four owners and one operator. We built the systems we needed to run it without an office staff, and through GoldenHammer Innovations we now install the same setup for other owner-operators across central Illinois.

The AI implementation practice. GoldenHammer delivers fixed-price installs and a monthly operator retainer to farms, rental portfolios, family holding companies, and the CPAs and attorneys who serve them. It is the customer-facing side of everything M&B has learned running its own operation on AI.
The holding company itself, family-owned and based in Decatur. It manages entity filings, real estate and tax matters across two states, finance reconciliation, and the records a multi-owner corporation is required to keep. All of that runs on the systems described in our first case study, and the tooling we built to run it is the same tooling behind every install and every academy we deliver.
A private study course built for one person, from what they already know, aimed at the exam, the new job, or the procedure they need to master. We have built six for our own family and company so far: a gas control operations course, an Illinois food-safety certification guide, a grain cart operator's manual, two personal AI manuals, and a certification study plan for our own operator. Each one took days rather than weeks, and each one is a fixed-price build.
Most small businesses use AI the way they use a search engine: type a question, read an answer, close the window. We used it to replace a back office. Entity formation packages, monthly reconciliation, meeting agendas, tax research, and the daily log all get done by one person, in the hours left over after everything else, because the tools are set up to do the heavy part.
That gap between "we tried the chatbot" and "the business actually runs on it" is the entire product. Closing it takes setup work that most owners don't have time to learn, and it takes someone who has done it for a real company with real filings due.
GoldenHammer works with owner-operators in central Illinois who have more paperwork than people: agricultural operations, small rental portfolios, family holding companies, and the professional firms around them. The first step is always a half-day assessment, and if we don't believe an install would pay for itself we will tell you that instead of selling one.
You leave with a written map of what eats your week and a fixed quote for the install. On-site within driving distance of Decatur, remote beyond it.
